From the moment we arrived at Charmillion Club Aquapark, we were greeted by a team of exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the suite we stayed in was not only immaculately cleaned to a high standard but also had a personal touch with surprise towel figures left by Naji, the cleaner, showcasing a level of care and attention to detail that truly impressed us. the family suite provided a spacious and well-furnished sitting area where we could unwind after a day of exploring the resort's amazing aqua park, which offered a variety of attractions that delighted our children and had us all smiling with joy. the on-site restaurant, managed by the attentive Hossam, stood out for its exceptional quality of food and service, always making sure we were well taken care of. the all-inclusive package not only covered all our needs but also exceeded our expectations with its value for money, making our overall experience at the resort truly unforgettable. Charmillion Club Aquapark has undoubtedly set a new standard for us, and we look forward to returning in the future for another exceptional stay.
